Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aeroyantra's drone surveying platform and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration
1.1 You must provide accurate and complete registration information. 1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 1.3 Accounts are non-transferable without our written consent.
2. Service Plans
2.1 Services are provided according to your selected plan (Basic, Professional, or Enterprise). 2.2 Pay-per-use plans are billed based on actual hectares processed. 2.3 Enterprise plans require annual commitments with customized pricing.
3. Data Ownership
3.1 You retain all rights to survey data you upload. 3.2 We process data solely to provide the Services and do not claim ownership. 3.3 You grant us a limited license to process your data for service delivery.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Use the Services for illegal purposes - Upload malicious software or corrupted data - Reverse engineer our platform - Share accounts without authorization
5. Service Limitations
5.1 Results depend on input data quality and survey conditions. 5.2 We strive for but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. 5.3 Processing times vary based on data volume and complexity.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aeroyantra's total liability is limited to fees paid for Services during the 6 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
